Our PMOs meet with clients to establish project objectives and ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the deliverables and challenges. We also assist clients in setting realistic budgets with adequate forecasting variables to minimise risks of overspending.
Our clients are kept abreast of the progress through regular reports. Where needed, we will perform round-the-clock surveillance of the project and will coordinate with our clients’ overseas-based IT headquarters for timely changes and improvisation.
Upon project completion, our clients will receive a detailed user’s acceptance test (UAT) report as well as a handbook including all technical documentations.
